The Ninth Day

I just saw this film (The Ninth Day) last night. It was very moving and powerful. It is based on a few accounts of different Priests who were imprisoned in German concentration camps during WWII. Mostly it was based on one Priest's story Fr. Jean Bernard who's book I recently read. I highly recommend purchasing it. For your info netflix has it available for rent.

I just saw "The Red & the Black" - also an account of how the Catholic Church, Priests, layity, and others assisted Jewish people during WWII. Also moving!
